Alex Rosner is a Founding Partner of Main Street Labs and focuses on strategy and partnerships, as well as leading execution for the group. He was previously the Product Lead for Point72 Hyperscale, the private equity strategy of Steven A. Cohen’s Point72 Asset Management, which applied AI and machine learning to transform mid-market companies.

Prior to Point72, Alex spent nearly 5 years at Stripe as an early data scientist and product manager. At Stripe, Alex notably built the first underwriting model for the Stripe Capital loan product. He then led product development for Stripe Radar, a suite of ML-powered fraud prevention products that became one of the company’s first significant revenue streams beyond payment processing.

Prior to Stripe, Alex managed a Data Science team at Twitter, where he spent time on both user growth and the core product, including the company’s first algorithmically ranked timeline. Alex began his career as a derivatives trader and holds an MSc in Statistics from The London School of Economics and a BBA in Business Economics and Public Policy from The George Washington University.

Brian Sharon is an experienced technologist and a Founding Partner at Main Street Labs. He has 20+ years of experience working at both big tech companies and 0-to-1 startups. He is comfortable traveling up and down the stack, and has written code that runs on almost any device you can name.

Most recently, Brian spent 5 years at Stripe as an engineer and manager, leading the engineering team for Stripe Radar, an ML-powered fraud prevention product used by millions of businesses. During his tenure, the Radar team shipped major features like Radar for Fraud Teams, Chargeback Protection and Risk Insights, and MRR grew by 10x as Radar became one of Stripe’s most successful businesses outside of payments. Brian also made significant contributions to Stripe’s JavaScript APIs for collecting payments as part of the Stripe Elements and Payment Links teams.

Prior to Stripe, Brian was an engineer at FiftyThree, where he worked on the Apple Design award-winning app Paper. He was a member of the founding team of PicMonkey, a Seattle-based startup that became one of the most popular creative tools on the web, eventually acquired by Shutterstock. He also worked at Google for 2 years in the Payments division, having been acquired with Jambool, a Seattle-based startup, and spent 5 years at Microsoft, part of which was spent in the Office of the CTO.

Brian holds a MS in Physics from Carnegie Mellon University, and a BS in Physics with a Mathematics minor from Trinity University.

Divya Gupta is an Engineering Partner at Main Street Labs. She is a full-stack engineer that has worked at Microsoft, Uber, and Stripe over the past 15+ years. At Microsoft, Divya was an early engineer on vital cloud projects like Azure Key Vault and Azure Rights Management Server.

After Microsoft, Divya worked at Uber on engineering projects expanding the rider base. She was a founding engineer on the team that built Family Profiles and the Uber Teen pilot, where she leveraged her experience building scalable and reliable backend solutions, while ensuring the end-user experience and business goals were met.

Divya then spent over 4 years at Stripe working on key products such as Radar, Chargeback Protection, Treasury and Payment Links. She led cross-functional teams to drive product development from 0-to-1. Divya holds both Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science from NC State and RV College of Engineering respectively.

Kelty Allen is a Data Science Partner at Main Street Labs. She is a mathematician-turned-data-scientist with nearly a decade of industry experience in machine learning, AI, and statistical analysis.

Kelty was previously a data scientist at Stripe on the Payment Intelligence team, where she built ML models to reduce fraudulent card testing transactions and was able to predict fraudulent customers before transaction time for the first time ever at the company. Kelty also played a significant role in boosting revenue for a newly introduced fraud protection product through new underwriting and risk management techniques.

Prior to Stripe, Kelty worked at Microsoft and Stitch Fix as an expert in machine learning and natural language processing. At Microsoft, Kelty built NLP systems for multi-terabyte text data to guide engineering and marketing roadmaps. At Stitch Fix, Kelty’s analysis of the interaction between expert human stylists and predictive algorithms led to process improvements that contributed to a multimillion dollar annual revenue increase.

Kelty holds a PhD in Logic and the Methodology of Science from UC Berkeley and an undergraduate degree in Mathematics and Physics from Oberlin College.

Charley Crissman is an ML Engineering Partner at Main Street Labs. His primary focus is on data infrastructure and pipeline design for advanced machine learning models.

Charley led the Machine Learning Engineering group for Apple's Health AI team, which worked across the company to build and productionize ML models for use in the Apple Watch and iPhone, and included early-stage experimentation, large-scale modeling pipelines, and statistical models presented to the FDA.

Before Apple, Charley led an engineering team in Google Research that focused on personalization.  He built the first deep-learned user embedding model for Google Search Ads, which increased ad revenue by hundreds of millions of dollars.  Prior to Google, Charley worked as a software engineer at Amazon where he designed and implemented time-series forecasting models used to project CPU and storage needs for Amazon's retail website.

Charley holds a Master's degree in Mathematics from Berkeley, as well as from Cambridge where he was a Churchill Scholar. He also earned a BS in Mathematics, Linguistics, and Italian from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Jason Cale is the Design Partner at Main Street Labs. With over 15 years of experience, he has led design initiatives at Stripe and Facebook, as well as helped build numerous products from 0-to-1.

At Stripe, Jason grew the Banking & Financial Products design team from 3 to 12 people, launching significant projects like Stripe Treasury, Issuing, and Capital. He then became the Head of Design for the entire Financial Services Business organization, leading 30+ designers that supported Stripe’s core products, including Payments, Connect, and Terminal.

At Facebook, Jason led the Design team for Local Ads Solutions, which built tools for businesses to drive traffic to their physical stores through creative digital advertising. He also worked on Facebook’s core consumer products, such as the News Feed and Stories.

His career also includes co-founding a product company and contributing to innovative startups like Lostmy.name (personalised books for kids), Newspaper Club (design and print your own newspapers) and the publishing platform that powers Gov.uk. Jason graduated from the University of Plymouth with a BSc (honors) in Computing Informatics.

Joy Ho is a Product Strategist and GTM Advisor at Main Street Labs. She brings 15+ years of experience building and launching products, managing client relationships, and instituting operational best practices at a variety of companies, including Facebook, Pinterest, and Notion.

At Facebook, Joy was an early member of the account management team, helping define marketing strategies for Fortune 500 clients. Her direct client experience helped pave the way to building insights tools for the internal sales team to leverage in client conversations. At Pinterest, Joy was a founding member of the Product Marketing team, launching the ads auction and direct response advertising solution.

Joy has spent the last several years driving product strategy and building product organizations at Bolt, Cardlytics, and most recently, Notion. At these companies, she’s instilled greater rigor, accountability, and consistency in the product development and launch processes, leading change management across several disciplines. Joy graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a double major in Business Administration and Psychology, and a minor in Spanish.

Patrick Dillon-Hughes is the Legal and Data Protection Advisor for Main Street Labs. He has over 14 years of in-house experience counseling Product and Engineering teams on digital technologies, including digital advertising, privacy and security controls, machine learning, and data infrastructure.

Patrick served as the Global Head of Privacy and Data Protection Officer at Pinterest, providing guidance to the Board of Directors and Executive team on data protection law and strategy, and leading cross-functional regulatory compliance initiatives. Prior to that role, Patrick served as Director & Assistant General Counsel at Pinterest, leading a team that advised Product, Engineering, and Sales leadership on privacy, intellectual property, consumer protection, platform liability, and general commercial matters.

Before Pinterest, Patrick was a Product & Commercial counsel at Google, covering data-focused Google & DoubleClick ads products. He also spent a summer at Gunderson Dettmer’s Menlo Park office. Patrick graduated from NYU School of Law and has a BA in Philosophy and Government from Georgetown University.
